3CCD多光譜成像相機簡介


FluxData offers a series of 3CCD cameras ranging in resolution from 1.4MP, 2MP and 5MP. Users can select from FluxData’s pre-configured 7 channel camera or configure a 3CCD camera with custom specified filters. A 3CCD multispectral camera provides the advantage of 3 unique imaging sensors with a single lens system.

Patented Optical 3CCD Design
The FD-1665 has a patented prism corrective optical design that corrects for spherical and chromatic aberration caused by the prism. The versatile dichroic prism design allows for unique spectral configurations with unlimited options for wavelength cutoff between 400nm-1000nm for each sensor. The FD-1665 camera features standard Nikon F-mount lenses providing a wide range of lens flexibility.

Independent Control
The 3 independent 1394 a/b Firewire outputs allow for independent control of exposure, gain and read out for maintaining a consistent signal-to-noise ratio. The 3 CCD’s can be simultaneously triggered via the 1394 bus or trigger separately via the GPIO.

Versatility
The FD-1665’s dichroic prism design allows unlimited options for wavelength cutoff between 400nm-1000nm. This provides a great advantage over standard RGB 3CCD or 2CCD RGB/NIR systems in that each channel can image a different part of the Visible and NIR spectrum. Given this unique camera architecture there are a wide array of application markets that can benefit.

    Pre-configured Systems:

    The FD-1665 7 Channel Camera
    The preconfigured FD-1665 provides two color sensors with the second sensor having the RGB shifted. The combination of the two color imaging arrays provide for superior spectral color imaging. The third channel senses the Near Infrared Region (NIR) from 700-1000 nm. The NIR region can be used to discriminate different properties of materials i.e., defects, integrity, inconsistency, and detection of man made vs natural made materials.

    The FD-1665 5 Channel Camera
    The 5 channel FD-1665 is configured with one RGB bayer sensor and two monochrome sensor with any customer specified bands.


    The FD-1665 3 Channel Camera
    The 3 channel FD-1665 is configured with 3 monochrome sensors with any customer specified bands.

  • The FD-1665 High Dynamic Range (HDR) 3 Channel Camera
    The FD-1665 HDR version consists of 3 color or monochrome cameras allowing the user to configure each camera for a different exposure.

    Custom Camera Configurations:

      The FD-1665 is a flexible 3 CCD camera system that can be modified for narrow or custom band applications. In addition, the camera can be made with any combination of color or monochrome sensors. The FD-1665 has been designed to incorporate a wide array of off the shelf filters from Semrock, Chroma and Omega Optical.
