概述与特性
微透镜阵列MLA(又称复眼透镜)可以使光束转化为指定强度分布的光斑,可以用于光束准直collimation、聚焦focusing、均匀化homogenizing、分束beam splitting、成像maging等。主要用于OEM客户定制生产,包括激光二极管准直(diode laser collimation)、光纤耦合(laser-fibre coupling)、光开关(optical switching), 波分复用(multiplexing) 、三维成像(3D imaging)、天文等,也用于医疗、传感、光通讯、激光光学、测量等。
