以色列Acktar公司，原來專為以色列及美國軍方提供基于真空鍍膜工藝的雜散光抑制解決方案。主要提供來料加工服務，在客戶的產品上直接鍍膜。
為了服務更多的客戶，現在開始提供帶有高強度粘結劑的黑色鍍膜鋁箔 ，直接粘貼到需要消除雜散光的物體表面。采用真空沉積鍍膜技術生成的消光涂層，具有極高的比表面積，相對于傳統的消光材料和技術，有許多獨特的技術特點：
- 極高的比表面積結合極薄的微米級涂層厚度，
- 通過表面形貌控制，包括形狀和結構，用于控制物理、光學、和輻射特性
- 不同于一般的蝕刻技術，這種表面涂布技術有利于保持基板的厚度和機械強度
- 工作溫度: -269°C to +350°C
- 非常容易結合在金屬和非金屬基底上
- 優異的機械強度和耐磨損性
